For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for connection, understanding, and the inner landscape of the mind and emotions. Getting married and becoming a mother of three children early in my adult life only fueled that flame. As a highly sensitive person, an empath, and a deep thinker, the condition of being human never escapes my awareness. I want everyone to feel seen, honored, and worthy. Relationships and the connections we all have with ourselves, and others, are at the root of our wellbeing.
